The Grainstore Offices
New office premises comprising 6 commercial offices units over basement and ground floors. The project comprised refurbishment works and part demolition of two bonded warehouses, keeping the characteristics of the original façade and conversion of the site into a mixed use development.
The Grainstore is located directly opposite the Royal Victoria Docks, which dates back to 1855. Today home to Excel Exhibition Centre which draws international visitors to various events throughout the year.
