A Blue Spot
A traditionally built Spanish villa on the cliffs of Port D'Andratx, overlooking the harbour. We invested in this beautiful property in 2005 and completed a full extension and refurbishment.
In 2022 we designed a new modern home to replace the existing property. Drawing on many of the modern designs in the local area Fitzpatrick gained planning permission for the demolition and redevelopment of the villa.
The property now comprises 123 m2 of open-plan living space with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living room opens up onto a modern outside kitchen and entertainment space. The external areas have been redesigned to incorporate landscaped terraced areas, providing functional transitional garden areas.
