Ernest Bevin
The new build and refurbishment project at Ernest Bevin School for Wandsworth Borough Council. Phase 1 included the refurbishment of the five storey teaching block and construction of the shell and core and complete fit out of two new double storey buildings for use as a library, music center and new lecture halls.
The scheme had to be delivered to a tight budget with restricted timescales. Health and safety had to be implied and monitored to the highest standards in consideration of the school environment.
