St John's and St Clement's
This project comprised major internal refurbishment works to the Woodstock Building of St. Clement’s school in London SE15. The contract duration was 6 weeks and was being carried out concurrently with external works. The existing tower blocks had been demolished and replaced with a new-build building.
The large centre piece tower, a main focal point of this historic school, was turned into usable space by Fitzpatrick with new internal supporting steel frame to create mezzanine floors. All mechanical and electrical services were upgraded together with the installation of new partitions and door openings. Finally we redecorated the school throughout and installed an new security system.
