Strand Palace Hotel
Fitzpatrick’s were appointed to carry out comprehensive works in this landmark building working closely in partnership with Trust House 40.
The hotel is located in the heart of London, a very tight urban location which required consideration within the project delivery strategy. With original art deco features in the lobby dating back to 1909, the works needed to consider the importance of the finer details.
This was a comprehensive project in conjunction with Kensington Close Hotel, involving full refurbishment of 245 rooms. Works took place whilst the hotel remained operational over an 18 week program with minimal disruption to hotel residents.
Each room required a full strip back to brick, internal walls and plaster, complete fit out of mechanical and electrical and complete bathroom fit out and soft furnishings.
