Pacific Wharf
Sitting on the edge of the River Thames, Pacific Wharf is a new build development with a total of 80 residential units and a commercial unit built on a 3000 square meter plot.
Fitzpatrick’s developed the design to consume the benefits of its’ location, allowing for spacious layouts and mesmerizing views of its’ surroundings.
The development comprised of three blocks of seven, five and six storeys with underground parking.
In 2012 Fitzpatrick converted one of the commercial units into six ground floor residential apartments and in 2013 planning has been submitted for an additional two residential units in the remaining commercial areas, which translates to 630sq meters of additional private residential space achieved, following the completion of the development.
