The Oxygen
A new build development with ground floor commercial office units and a total of 241 residential units, comprising 59 housing association (HA) units and 182 private residential units, built over 22 storeys with two levels of underground parking.
Acquired with planning for a 10 story hotel - following extensive planning and Section 106 negotiations and full redesign, planning approval was granted, due to a considerable increase of HA units. The Oxygen building was built on a 3,235 square meter site and is serviced by Royal Victoria Dock (DLR), The IFS Cloud Cable Car and the newly opened Elisabeth Line.
Fitzpatrick owns 41 residential units and two commercial units within the development. 141 private units were sold off-plan to local and international investors.
Following completion Fitzpatrick converted the commercial office space into a retail unit for Tesco and a single commercial office unit.
The Oxygen development is in the heart of the Royal Docks area where there is always something something to keep visitors entertained. The Excel Exhibition Centre is host to to the London exhibition calendar of events. Every year Excel welcomes the London Boat show, Formula E-Prix racing, Construction and Property shows, Cosplay events, IT Summits, The Wedding Show, Food Show and many more.
A short ride on the Cable Car will take you to the O2 Centre, London's premier music and entertainment venue.
